BTE Newsletter #1: The G Word
Hello everyone, and thanks for subscribing!
This is the first of many weekly issues, delivered every Tuesday. If I’m a day late, it will be Wednesday (I'll blame the markets). Each edition will include:
- A recap of the past week’s posts.
- Three stories worth watching from the past week.
- A quote of the week.
A few ground rules:
First, private markets have a lot of promise, they also come with real risks and challenges which cannot be ignored. So I’ll always present both sides. This week’s feature post should make that clear.
Second, this newsletter will always will be free of charge. My goal is to demystify private markets for investors who’ve heard the hype but not the how. And yes, it helps grow my practice (no shame there).
Third, your privacy is guaranteed. No spam, no cold calls, no surprise LinkedIn requests. While you'll always see a not-so-subtle message at the bottom of each newsletter, I won’t treat your inbox like a lead gen funnel.
But...
I do welcome outreach. You can Connect on LinkedIn or reply here. And my ask this week (and every week) is to forward the newsletter to at least a couple people who might find it interesting.
Meanwhile if this was forwarded to you, then you can subscribe here.
